In line with our tradition to present a new artist every three months, the Studios Paris Art Gallery has invited you on an exciting artistic journey last September 19th when we celebrated the opening of “Croco fashion / textures” with a lively reception attended by a crowd of a hundred people – some local celebrities, writers, painters, clients, owners and friends of Studios Paris.
Thank you all for being there to share our passion!
Enthusiastic about contemporary expression and inspired by Cubism, Dadaism, action painting and minimal art, Catherine Cazau, our ultimate abstract artist on show, exhibited her artworks – creative explosions in slow motion – in front of an animated audience coming between the display’s opening hour and well after midnight when the last visitors left.
Housing 25 major works of art, the exhibition was a chance to literally walk through abstraction and experience it first-hand.
Received with great enthusiasm by the public present, the exhibition itself, very contemporary and “oh so Studios’ style”, was in complete harmony with our company philosophy (honoring aesthetics as a way of life) and very much in tune with the radically modern design of our apartments.
Montmartre celebrities Dominique Pinon (best known for his work in the films of Jean-Pierre Jeunet, namely “Amelie Poulain”) and celebrity model and dancer Willy Cartier (famous, among others, for his recent appearance in Guerlain’s short movie spot “The Legend of Shalimar”) also swung by to check out the festivities themselves.
If you missed out on the show and couldn’t come to the inauguration, we’d be happy to welcome you at our gallery whenever you have a moment to drop by.
Open to the public all seven days of the week, the exhibition is on show until November 19th.
Enjoy the photos of the festivities on the opening night!
