The Bouquinistes of Paris (the riverside booksellers) trade along the banks of the Seine, thus making it ‘the only river in the world that runs between 2 bookshelves’. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage site, the 240 bouquinistes possess of 900 “green boxes” to house their 300,000 old books, journals and trading cards
